Delegate Registration

On this page you may download the spreadsheet for registration of the names of your delegates to USI Pink Training 2024.

You may also upload the spreadsheet containing the names of your delegates to USI Pink Training 2024.

You will need the name, age, dietary requirements and information about any disabilities the delegate has.

There are no single rooms at Pink Training and rooms are of mixed genders. Allocation of rooms is by the accommodation provider. You may not register at the accommodation before checking in at the event.

Please note the following:

USI Pink Training is for adult (over 18 years of age at 29 November 2024) students at USI member colleges

Any person not compliant with this will not be permitted to register, will not be accommodated and will be required to leave the venue. As delegation leader you will be required to assist in this regard. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

Instructions:

1. Download the names and details registration document

2. Fill in the document with the details of the total number of people attending from your SU, including sabbatical officers who should be included in the total places allocation you were given

3. Save the document including your SU name in the filename (example: IT_Ballybreag_PT2024.xlsx)

3.5 Save it either as a CSV or an XLSX file.  Don’t save it as an Apple Numbers file.  It makes the server angry for some reason.

4. Fill in the form below and upload the document by 2pm on Tuesday 26 November 2024 at the latest for processing

Note that payment in full for Pink Training will be invoiced to the named authorised person in advance of the event.  You have stated during regitration that you are an authorised person to undertake registration for the event. Payment terms are 28 days from the date of invoice.
